Alnico shallow pot magnet with red painted and w-threaded countersunk hole

AlNiCo Shallow Pot Magnet is a  deep cylindrical concentric magnet in a steel pot.  As a result, it keeps the holding force concentrated onto the holding area.
They have a clearance hole through and a countersunk on the magnetic face to accept a countersunk screw.
Maximum operating temperature: 500 deg.C.
Shallow pot magnets can be fixed onto or sunken into steel surfaces without any loss of performance.
While working above deg.C. precaution must be taken of possible mechanical loosening through expansion and contraction of the component parts.
Application:

Alnico Shallow Pot Magnets can be used in  the area of gauge stands, lifting magnets, dial stands, work piece securing and jigs & Insert into jigs and fixtures for holding.

Alnico magnets properties:
Produced by the casting or powder metallurgical techniques
An allow composed of matrix of Al-Ni-Fe-Co
Very hard and brittle
Poor resistance to demagnetization
Produce good flux density at a reasonable cost
Excellent stability over a wide temperature range
