AlNiCo magnet has extrodinary temperature stability than the other types of magnets so it is mostly used in high temperature toolings or oil field applications where high temperature is present. AlNiCo magnet is also used as guitar pickups.
Generally speaking, AlNiCo magnets are more fragile than neodymium magnets. There is no coating for this magnet.
· Excellent temperature stability
· Strong corrosion resistance
· Excellent capacity
· High density and magnetic properties
· Shorter production lead time
· Temperature factor of Br is the smallest among all the permanent magnets
· Cast Alnico magnets can be produced in relatively complex shapes
· Tooling for cast Alnico magnets is relatively low, since sand molds are generally used for the casting process.
