Alnico Horseshoes/Minor/ Power magnets/U Magnet
The Alnico horseshoe magnet is a classic Alnico magnet shape. Sometimes the Alnico horseshoe magnet is called a C-shape magnet and is also known as a pocket Alnico horseshoe magnet, a minor Alnico horseshoe magnet, U shape magnet and a power Alnico horseshoe magnet – they are all Alnico horseshoe magnets but have different sizes and performances (e.g. an Alnico power horseshoe magnet is large and powerful compared to the small and weaker Alnico pocket horseshoe magnet).
The Alnico horseshoe magnets are capable of operating at temperatures of up to a maximum of 550 degrees C. The Alnico horseshoe magnets are supplied in natural (uncoated / unpainted) and red paint finishes.
The Alnico horseshoe magnets can be offered in other dimensions and grades. We can supply custom made Alnico magnets. You can have other colours as well if you wanted.
Alnico horseshoe magnets provide a compact, high power magnetic source. They are supplied with ground pole faces, painted and with metal keepers for storage and to help retain magnetic strength. They are used for traction, lifting, sorting, clamping and retrieval steel or iron parts. U shape alnico magnets are always used in teaching aids and science research.
