High Temperature SmCo Permanent Motor Magnet
SmCo is a high-capacity permanent magnet made from Sm,Co,Fe and other trace metal elements. Besides a max working temperature of 300ºC, it has remarkable resistance against corrosion and oxidation. Hence, it may be used in aeronautic and space industries among others.
Attributes of Samarium Cobalt:
1. High resistance to demagnetization
2. High energy (magnetic strength is strong for its size)
3. Good temperature stability
Application of Samarium Cobalt:
Sintered SmCo magnet is widely used in motors, watch, transducers, instruments, positional detector, generators, radar communications, medical equipments, various magnetism spreading devices, magnetic processor, electrical engineering and magnetic derrick.
