Magnetic grate(Grate Magnet) ,also called magnetic grid, is contructed with one inch diameter magnetic tubes mounted on two inch centers in a frame, it can be in different shape like round, square etc, It is installed or simply laid-inside of hoppers, pits, chutes, housings and bins, where they can be accessed for cleaning. Grate Magnet is placed directly in the product stream allowing free flowing products to come in direct contact with the grate.Neodymium rare earth magnets are standard but Ceramic is also available.
Magnetic grate offers excellent protection from metal contamination. As product flows over the magnetic tubes, captured metal contaminants are pushed to the underside of the tube where they are now out of contact with the product flow preventing washoff back in to the clean material.

1.The machine is ladder-type 2 layers grate magnet.
2.The 2-layer grate magnet consist of 9 strong Neodymium magnet tubes and stainless steel material; The stainless steel material can be choose for 304 or 316 in grate magnet.
3.The standard diameter we supply is D18, D20, D25, ect. It’s size and length will vary at your request.
4.Surface gauss: 8000-12000Gs.
5.As a layers iron remover, grate magnet has a high magnetic performance up to 12000GS.
6.The frame and magnetic bar surface can be fine polished and full welded to meet food grade or pharmacy application.
7.Standard working temperature<=80℃, if needed , max working temperature from 80℃ to 350℃ is also available.
8. Normal item(N style),Easy-cleaning(E style), grate with angle baffles or rod are available.
