Alnico magnets, composed of primarily aluminum, nickel, and cobalt, were developed in the 1940's. This class of magnet remains a preferred material because of it's excellent temperature stability, high magnetic flux density, and resistance to corrosion. Alnico magnets are manufactured through a casting or sintering process. The casting process allows for the magnet to be manufactured into intricate and complex shapes, which are not possible with other magnetic materials.

Alnico Magnets can customize any magnet shape. We work with you to personalize your magnets for your application. Common magnet shapes include:
Applications:
1) Inner magnetic voltmeter/ammeter, measuring instrument, avometer, flow meter.
2) Magnetic sensors, polarized relay, terperature and pressure controller.
3) Buzzer of mobile phone, hearing aids, mini speaker
4) Lighter of automobile, odometer of automobile and motorcycle, permanent motor, adsorptive appliance
5) Widely applied in high stability field as aviation, space flight and military technologhy
In addition, due to the good corrosion resistance characteristic, non-coating is need for surface protection.
